What does the planning fee cover?
The $495 USD starting flat fee covers itinerary design, local recommendations and coordination guidance. Accommodation, dining, transportation and activities are quoted separately.
Do I need confirmed travel dates?
No. An approximate month is enough to start, and you can let us know if you are still exploring.
Can you plan for families and groups?
Yes. We plan around your group's ages, interests and needs.
Does sending an inquiry confirm a booking?
No. It starts a conversation. Arrangements depend on availability and your approval; nothing is booked or charged through this page.
